What is STRONGER?
STRONGER is a six week progressive training program! This program was made for women of all fitness levels. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, or you are an experienced gym vet. You can make it as challenging or as basic as you need to for YOUR fitness level. This program is going to make you stronger both physically and mentally!
I was sick and tired of women walking into the gym and heading for the treadmill because that’s all they knew how to do. So many of my clients have come to me saying they want to feel strong and confident but don’t know where to start and feel intimidated in the gym. I wanted to create this so you could pull up your program on your phone and KNOW what to do. So you could learn how to become stronger without fear at the gym! So you could wake up feeling happy, healthy, balanced and in control of your life!
STRONGER is for women who:
