Who is SCR Training For?
-Someone who is struggling with staying consistent in eating healthy/working out.
-Someone who wants to learn how to eat for their body, for life.
-Someone who isn’t happy with their current weight and wants to rock their life and feel confident in their own body.
-Someone who doesn’t want to restrict foods to reach their goals.
-Someone who has tried multiple different plans but hasn't received the outcome they want and FINALLY want to stick with something.
-Someone who wants accountability to stay on track and be a part of phenomenal tribe of women who are there for you no matter what with zero judgment.
-Someone who is ready to stop binge eating and going through cycles of starting and stopping
-Someone who wants to learn how to truly love and accept their body
-Someone who is ready to fall in love with themselves from the inside out.
What’s Included?
-Initial assessment and review
-Customized 30 or 90 day training protocol based off current fitness level, goals and availability to equipment (none required).
-Nutrition analysis (menu revamp, meal coaching, learn how to eat for YOUR body, hand outs, food lists, grocery list)
-Weekly Check in’s
-Lifestyle coaching
-Open communication with your coach ( Rachel Turner) 7 days a week
-Exclusive access to SCR accountability group (rad group of women all working towards being the best versions of themselves possible, all sharing ideas/recipes, motivation, asking questions ect)
-Bi-weekly FaceTime calls to discuss program +progress
